Lyndsey Cannon-Leach

Lyndsey Cannon-Leach started her career in 2002 and is an Associate of RICS and Fellow of Institute of Residential Property Managers. Initially starting as a Property Administrator, after regular promotions her last position before establishing Cannon Jones Estate Management Ltd was Head of Department for a surveyor managing 180 developments. During this time, she also sat for four years on ARMA’s Council, and it is this breadth of experience that has enabled her to develop skills which are key to delivering the highest levels of property management to all stakeholders. Outside of work, Lyndsey enjoys spending time with her family and is a keen runner having completed the 2022 London Marathon.
Lyndsey firmly believes in raising standards throughout the industry and investing in our team to ensure the delivery of highest level of property management.
Dale Jones

Dale Jones is an Associate of RICS and a member of the Institute of Residential Property Managers. Dale started his residential management career in 2003 and has been within the residential property sector ever since, holding senior positions with national managing agents before establishing Cannon Jones Estate Management Ltd. Dale has a genuine passion for property and is known for providing a personal, hands-on, and friendly management service.
In his own time, Dale loves spending time with his family and enjoys a round of golf, although is known to be a fair-weather player!
Dale fully believes in accountability, rewarding excellence and promoting within where possible.
